The 2nd edition of the UAE-India Economic Forum held in Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, in October this year highlighted the huge investment potential India holds for foreign investors in infrastructure and related projects. The high-profile delegates were excited by the emerging transparent, time-bound, result-oriented corruption-free system in India, which is expected to drive Indian economic growth significantly.

The Special Investment Regions including Dahej (with its PCPIR / SEZ zones) that are poised for great growth under the Delhi Mumbai Investment Corridor was predominantly highlighted at the two-day event.

The Start Up Gujarat summit that followed (in Ahmedabad) too brought the attention of investors and entrepreneurs on the unlimited possibilities existing in Gujarat for innovative businesses, especially in its Special Investment Regions including Dahej.
